Paul Swartz Nursery

Wow!! Paul Swartz surpassed my expectations for landscape design and implementation. He LISTENED to my ideas and wants for our new build/property and then took that to the next level! He spent a fair amount of time initially just walking our property to get a feel for the natural landscape and what areas received more or less sun. Communication was good and project was done in timely matter! This is the second house we’ve used Paul Swartz for and I’m looking forward to a continued partnership forever!!!

So they were honest and did a nice job. However, we had some plants that are not doing well. I contacted the office and spoke to Elizabeth. She came off condescending and sarcastic. It's not something I expected from having spent close to double digits in the thousands for a landscaping project. Be warned that professionalism isn't in the office. Thankfully, it is in the field. I called a couple of times. Hopefully, I will get a phone call back, letting me know when someone can come out. I will let you know at a later date if the issues are resolved. Someone did make it out and are helping us resolve the issue.

My husband and I stopped in to check out some of the nursery stock they had and we were very pleased. The prices were reasonable and the stock was nice. While there we spoke to a member of their staff, Sam was her name, she was knowledgeable and very patient with us. I would recommend this store over the other one up the road. Kindness goes a long way.

Paul, you did a fabulous job of our yard! We are so happy with the results. You created an amazing design, showed up earlier than you originally told us, then beautifully overhauled our landscaping. Your crew worked through rain and storms to get everything done in two days AND ON BUDGET. Then cleaned up after yourselves! (What???) I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anybody that needs landscaping services.

What can I say but Paul Swartz is the best! We have purchased and they have planted 43 trees and 2 boxwoods over the past few years, with 12 more trees coming this year. We have also purchased several perennial plants, wood chips and garden soil. Every tree/plant we have purchased are all thriving. Their stock is healthy and of high quality. Scott and Sam are knowledgeable and very accommodating (even let me go in the field and pick my own trees!) The planting crews have also been awesome. They made sure trees were planted, watered and wood chipped properly. Everyone at Paul Swartz is pleasant and helpful!
